The Seasoning mix
- 1 Tbs Kosher Salt
- 1 Tbs smoked paprika
- 1.5 Tbs black Pepper
- 1 Tbs dried Rosemary
- 1 Tbs dried Parsley
- 1 Tbs Dried Thyme
- 1 Tbs Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Bacon Chipotle Sea Salt
- 1 zest of 1 lemon
Mix all seasonings together in a small bowl and mix well.
Cut excess fat from the pork loin, and drizzle small coating of olive oil on each side. I used Meyer Lemon Olive oil from Olivas de Oro which is pretty awesome. Sprinkle seasoning mix to cover each side, press well into meat.
Grill at 350 F until internal temperature reaches 160. Remove and cover for 5 minutes before slicing and serving
